If you’ve talked about your struggles but still feel stuck, EMDR may help your body and mind release what traditional talk therapy alone can’t reach. I also blend EMDR with trauma-informed talk therapy and emotional intelligence coaching to meet you where you are.

I’m considered an out-of-network provider, which means you pay directly at the time of your session.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide you with a superbill which is a detailed receipt you submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.To find out if your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, contact your insurance provider directly. Many clients receive reimbursement for a portion of their session fees, usually between 50–80% depending on their plan and deductible.

My current rate is $250 per 60-minute session. EMDR Intensives (3, 6, or 9 hours) are also available for clients seeking faster progress and deeper emotional relief. I don’t want finances to be the reason you can’t start. If you’re interested, we can explore options that fit your needs.
