Many of my clients are survivors of childhood emotional neglect, abandonment, or relationship trauma. They tend to overthink, avoid conflict, shrink themselves, or put others first.. even when they’re falling apart inside.
My clients include teachers, mothers, creatives, and women in helping professions who are ready to stop surviving and finally feel seen, supported, and safe.
-
Yes, and you’re not alone.
A lot of my clients have “done the work” in talk therapy but still feel stuck. That’s often because they’ve learned to intellectualize (talking about what happened without ever really feeling it) their pain, which is a survival strategy, not a failure.
In our work together, I help you gently move from just talking about what happened to actually feeling and releasing what’s still living in your body.
-
That’s okay — most of my clients feel that way at first.
You were probably praised for being responsible and strong, not for being vulnerable. So of course opening up feels unfamiliar.
We’ll take it slow. You don’t have to perform here. I’ll meet you where you are and help you reconnect with your emotions at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

All sessions are 100% online for clients across California.
I currently work with women in cities and counties including Los Angeles, Long Beach, San Diego, Santa Monica, Oakland, San Francisco, Sacramento, Fresno, Riverside, San Bernardino, and more.
As long as you’re in California, we can work together from the comfort of your own space.

EMDR helps you release stuck emotional pain. The kind that keeps you overthinking, people-pleasing, or feeling unsafe being yourself.
Instead of just talking about what happened, EMDR helps your brain and body reprocess the emotional weight behind beliefs like “I’m not enough” or “I have to be perfect to be loved.”
It’s gentle, structured, and highly effective for healing old wounds that still feel emotionally active, even if they’re from years ago.
-
EMDR intensives are extended sessions (3 or 6 hour sessions) designed for deeper, faster healing.
Instead of meeting weekly for 50 minutes, you get uninterrupted time to focus on one core issues like shame, burnout, or a specific belief and process it fully.
It’s ideal if you’re ready for a breakthrough, not just maintenance. We go deep, but I guide you gently the entire way.
-
I do not accept insurance for therapy or EMDR intensives. Working outside of insurance allows me to offer more personalized, flexible care, especially with EMDR, which isn’t supported by insurance restrictions.
EMDR intensives are fully self-pay and not eligible for superbills
For ongoing EMDR therapy, I may be able to provide a superbill if you have out-of-network benefits.
-
You don’t have to know… that’s my job to help you figure out.
We’ll start by exploring what you’re feeling and what kind of relief you’re looking for. Weekly therapy is best for ongoing support, building trust, and unpacking emotions over time.
EMDR intensives are ideal when you want to go deeper, faster, and focus on healing a specific core issue without waiting week to week.
If you’re unsure, book a consultation and I’ll help you decide what fits best.
-
Our first session is all about you.
I’ll ask some gentle, structured questions to get to know you… “who you are, what you’re struggling with, and where you’re hoping to feel relief”.
We’ll talk about your goals, your symptoms, and how I can support you.
More than anything, this is about building trust. I want you to feel warm, safe, and supported.

Just click the “Book a Free Consultation” button on my site. You don’t have to prep or come with answers. Just show up as you are.
You’ll choose a time that works for you (phone or video), and we’ll connect for 15 minutes to talk through what you’re needing and see if we’re a good fit.
If I’m not the right person for you, I’ll offer referrals and help point you in the right direction.
