I work with high-achieving women who feel like they’re always “on.” You give your best to everyone else, but inside you feel burned out, anxious, and disconnected like you can’t remember the last time you felt calm, grounded, or at peace with yourself.

I know how heavy that feels. When you’ve been carrying childhood trauma, heartbreak, or emotional wounds for years, it’s easy to believe you have to keep pushing through but you don’t.
